Beyond Procrastination

Life Beyond Procrastination

Most people procrastinate on a regular basis if not daily. It could be a complicated project at work, making difficult decisions, pursuing a hobby you’ve always wanted to try. We put off things we know we have to do as well as things that we’d like to do, but never seem to get around to. Unfortunately the process of putting things off doesn’t really help in most cases. We don’t really get to enjoy the time with our todo list looming in the background. Fortunately, the same drives that create procrastination can be used to navigate it more effectively.

This class is fun, highly interactive with practical exercises so you can begin to integrate new behaviors for getting things done with more ease.

In this class:

  • Explore common types of procrastination and their triggers

  • Understand the basic Structure of procrastination

  • Learn two effective strategies for pre-crastination (getting things done ahead of time)

  • Develop a troubleshooting guide you can use whenever you’re stuck

  • Discover ways to connect powerfully to your sense of purpose
